Organizational Behavior Strategies

Organizational studies involve different areas that deal with the different aspects of the organizations, many of the approaches are functionalist but critical research also provide alternative frame for understanding in the field. Organizational behavior strategies are used for human resource purposes to maximize the output from individual group members. The interface between human behavior and the organization, and the organization itself, organisational behaviour can be divided into three levels: the study of (a) individuals in organizations (micro-level), (b) work groups (meso-level), and (c) how organizations behave (macro-level). Topics covered in Organization Science include but not restricted to the following: Communication Theory, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, Political Science, Information Science, History, Organization Theory, Sociology, Psychology, Strategic Management and Systems Theory.
