Nursing Practice In Health Care

The nursing is established by leaders in professional associations by governmental agencies such as  Public Health Service's Bureau of Health Professions. Systematic frameworks are used for the practice of nursing that guide nurses in actual nursing performance. The accepted framework for nursing practice currently in use is the  process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The professional practice of nursing exists to provide quality care for all individuals. This is usually a rounded care approach comprising of the patients’ physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual, social, and spiritual requirements. In order to provide this care, nurses use scientific theory  that aids for the best patient outcomes
