Nuclear Weapon Innovations

All is good and well for a key reexamining of the job of atomic weapons in national safeguard and of the structure of our atomic powers. The Cold War is finished, however it has been supplanted by new dangers to our national security. Innovation, here and abroad, is relentlessly progressing, making the two risks and open doors for the United States. This paper examines the future job of atomic weapons in national security, depicts the jobs and restrictions of cutting edge ordinary weapons in addressing key needs, and recommends a few substitute situations for future U.S. atomic powers.

The key job of atomic weapons is to prevent expected foes from an assault on the United States, our partners, or our essential advantages. Russia keeps up enormous vital and strategic atomic powers. China is effectively modernizing its atomic armory. India and Pakistan have significantly shown the capacity of midlevel innovation states to create or gain atomic weapons. There are grave worries about the future expansion of atomic weapons among such nations as North Korea, Iraq, and Iran. The atomic age is a long way from being done.
