Neonatal mortality is that the number of deaths of the neonates per 1000 births. The neonatal mortality rate is that the present challenge of the WHO Academy. this statics have shown that more number of neonatal deaths is increasing per annum . The probability of the deaths is more within the under developed countries thanks to low medical facilities and nutritional defects. Presently the African countries are recorded to possess maximum number of the infant deaths. The impact factor of journal provides quantitative assessment tool for grading, evaluating, sorting and comparing journals of comparable kind.
