Lyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga, named after and created by B. K. S. Iyengar, and portrayed in his top of the line 1966 book Light on Yoga, is a type of yoga as an activity that has an accentuation on detail, exactness, and arrangement in the presentation of yoga stances (asanas).
