Law-new-findings

Law's scope can be divided into Public law and Private law. Public law concerns government and society and Private law deals with legal disputes. The public-private law divide is common in law jurisdictions. Law provides a source of scholarly inquiry into legal history, philosophy, and sociology. Law raises specifically important and complex issues concerning equality, justice. With their differences, legal systems vary between countries,  and analysed in comparative law. In civil law jurisdictions, a legislature or other central body codifies and consolidates the law. Particularly those with a separate system of administrative courts, this distinction is stronger in civil law countries.
