High Impact Pollution Diseases Journals
The impact factor of journal provides quantitative estimation tool to grade, evaluate, sort and compare journals of similar kind. It reflects the average number of citations to recent articles published in science and social science journals in a particular year or period, and is commonly used as a proxy for the relative significance of a journal within its field. Pollution Diseases Journal is an open access, peer review journal that welcomes authors to make their submissions within the journal scope which includes the effects of pollution on humans, animals, plants and other living organisms. The most common diseases caused by air pollution include stroke, ischemic heart disease, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and acute lower respiratory infections in children. Constant exposure to polluted air can have lasting health effects on humans like: Accelerate aging of the lungs, loss of lung capacity and reduced lung function, initiation of diseases like asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, and possibly cancer, shortened life span. Submitted articles must have the latest information, employ the correct investigation and statistical analysis, where needed and contain an important contribution to new knowledge.
