Haematopoiesis  is  also known as  hematopoiesis in American English; sometimes  it also  called as    h(a)emopoiesis) is the formation about  blood cellular components. All cellular blood components are derivative of the haematopoietic stem cells. In the  healthy adult person, approximately 1011–1012 new blood cells are formed daily in order to maintain   the steady state levels in the peripheral circulation. m cells (HSCs) it  resides in the medulla of the bone (bone marrow) and it has the unique ability to give rise to all about the different mature blood cell types and tissues, HSCs are self-renewing cells: Once they differentiate, at least some of their daughter cells are  remain as HSCs, so the pool about the stem cells is not depleted.
