People experience hypervigilance, restlessness, lack of concentration, racing thoughts, or unwanted thoughts,fatigue. Most Commonly anxiety, excessive worry, fear, feeling of impending doom, insomnia, nausea, palpitations, or trembling. Self care is must. Studies reveal that it is very effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration, and enhancing overall cognitive function. This helpful when stress has depleted your energy or ability to concentrate. A mental health disorder symptomised by feelings of worry, anxiety or fear which are abnormal with one's daily activities. Examples are panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.Symptoms consists stress that's out of proportion to the impact of the event, inability to set aside a worry.
