Our body reacts to a fracture by protecting the injured area with a grume and callus or animal tissue. These cells grow towards one another and thus close the fracture. Subsequent step in fracture management is that the reduction of the fracture and its maintenance. It’s important to make sure that the involved a part of the body returns to its function after the fracture heals. To realize this, maintenance of fracture reduction with immobilization technique is completed by either non-operative or surgical methods.
