Fetus Peer Review Journals
Fetus is an unborn or unhatched offspring of a mammal, in particularly an unborn human more than eight weeks after for conception. It is the developing stage about the mammal after the embryonic stage and before the completion of the gestation period. In humans it starts from the 11th week of the gestation period. The fetus it develops into complete organism in the gestation period. The fetus is connected to the maternal body with the umbilical cord, which is the only passage or source of nutrition to the fetus. The classification of the fetus is done by the presence of body parts which may not be functional or fully developed but at their anatomical positions.
