The Journal of Criminal Law is a sensible tool for students, lecturers and experts alike. Case notes, analysis and articles are all submitted in an easy to digest format. The journal is for anyone involved in the study, practice and administration of criminal law. Journal of Law and Criminal Justice offers a comparative and international overview of law and crime and justice from a cross-cultural perspective. As a peer-reviewed journal, the journal promotes the submission of articles, research notes, and comments that focus on crime and broadly identified justice-related topics in an worldwide and/or comparative context. Articles may focus on a single country or compare issues affecting two or more countries. Both qualitative and quantitative pieces are encouraged, providing they adhere to standards of quality scholarship.
