Since the editors possess are appointed on the idea of their contribution to the sector, they select the simplest persons to complement the manuscript. In referee referee’s evaluation normally includes recommendation to strengthen the manuscript consistent with the newest developments because the reviewer would be an expert within the field concerned followed by the editor views. the ultimate decision would be with the editor of the journal that uses discretion, supported the reviewer’s comments.
