Cognition Scholarly Journal
Cognition also refers to the mental action of acquiring the knowledge and also understanding through thought, experience, and thus the senses. It can encompass many aspects of intellectual functions and processes like attention, the formation of data, memory, judgment and evaluation, reasoning and "computation", problem solving and also deciding , comprehension and production of language. Cognitive processes can use existing knowledge and generate new knowledge. These are higher-level functions of the brain and can encompass language, imagination, perception, and the planning. Psychology is that the field of psychology that investigates how people think and therefore the processes involved in cognition.
