Biomineralization Scholarly Peer-review Journal
Biomineralization is a process by which organisms form mineral-like inorganic substances inside or outside their bodies. Biominerals are diverse in terms of structure, composition, morphology and role, depending on organisms. The research area of bio mineralization is really interdisciplinary in methodology, ranging from microscopic observation to molecular biology. The impact of chemistry in the field of bio mineralization can roughly be divided into three different areas: the characterization of the crystallography, composition, and biochemistry of the biological materials; the design of in vitro model systems to answer questions from biology such as testing hypotheses regarding the interactions between the organic matrix and the crystals and the role of bio macromolecules in controlling nucleation and growth of crystals; and the development of new synthetic methods, which are based upon the biological systems, for controlling crystal morphology, polymorph, and materials properties, leading to new classes of organic inorganic composites. The top open access journals are peer reviewed scholarlyJournal of Osteoporosis and Physical Activity. The top open access journals are freely available on the public internet domain, allowing any end users to read, download, copy, distribute, prink, search or link to the full texts of the articles.OMICS International conferences include data sessions and empirical papers. Conference participants can analyse recordings of round table discussion and interactions.
