Adult Foster Care

Adult Foster Care provides a home for people who are not able to live independently in their own homes because of physical, mental or emotional limitations. The residents must live in the same household and share a common living area. The client pays the provider a room and a board. Adult Foster Care is a program for adults or adults with developmental or physical disabilities who cannot live alone safely. AFC Members live with trained and paid Caregivers who provide daily care. On daily basis, it provides individuals with personal care assistance in a family rather than a nursing home or other residential facility
