Administrative Law

 

Public administration is that the implementation of state policy and also a tutorial discipline that studies this implementation and prepares civil servants for working within the public service. Some of the definitions which are offered for the term are: "management of programs of public"; the "translation of politics into the truth that citizens see every day"; and "the study of state deciding , the analysis of the policies themselves, the varied inputs that have produced them, and therefore the inputs necessary to supply alternative policies."

Public Administration recently has been divided into three branches. The three branches are, New Public Management Theory, Classical Public Administration Theory, and Postmodern Public Administration Theory. Each of those three branches study Public Administration from a special perspective.

Public administrators often fulfill administrative rules by monitoring and providing information to clients, and implementing various programs for organizations. They are often liable for directing and advising organization employees like researchers, program officers and consultants.
