Editorial Note for Journal of Mental Health and Aging

Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.  Journal of Mental Health and Aging aims to distribute scientific and timely information for the academic community and industry involved in understanding, enrichment of topics relevant to pharmaceutical sciences.  Journal of Mental Health and Aging is growing continuously. It is our pleasure to announce that during year 2019, all issues of volume 3 were published online on time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online.   

Journal of Mental Health and Aging during this year also brought World Summit on PSYCHIATRY DISORDERS, MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS, which consisted of 10 abstracts.

The Journals aims to flourish and to maintain the standards in research and practice, provide platform and opportunity to present evidence based medicine and analytical assessment of research and probably it is much in deed for students, teachers and health care professionals to enhance the patient care.

During the calendar year 2019, AAJMHA received a total of 2 papers, out of which no  articles were rejected in the preliminary screening due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 2 articles were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. In the 2 issues of Volume 3  published during the year 2019, a total of 2 articles were published of which, articles were published from authors all around the world. Research scientists from all over the world reviewed the 2 articles published in volume 3. Average publication lag time of an article was further reduced to 2-3 weeks. 

The objective of AAJMHA is to publish up-to-date, high-quality and original research papers alongside relevant and insightful reviews. As such, the journal aspires to be vibrant, engaging and accessible, and at the same time integrative and challenging.
