Biography:

Dr. Samreen Ahsan is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Science & Technology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan. She had completed her Ph.D. in Food Technology from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad and also worked as Research Scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Purdue University, USA.
