Studies on dietary guidelines and education of health professionals are welcome.
Studies pertaining to nutrition related disorders such as Anemia, Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, Obesity, Osteoporosis, and Anorexia are of special interest to the journal, with special focus on diseases caused by vitamin or mineral deficiency. Further, studies dealing with health foods, functional foods and beverages, and medical foods are of special interest to the journal.
Every individual manuscript is subject to stringent peer-review process. Authors are encouraged to encapsulate the latest findings in the field as Research articles, Commentaries, Reviews, Perspectives, and Case Reports.
