Taguchi Method

Taguchi Method is a process optimization method that is based on 3-steps those are planning, conducting and evaluating results of matrix experiments to determine the best levels of control factors. The main goal is to keep the variance in the output and very low even in the presence of noise inputs. Taguchi method is robust design techniques widely used in industries as it can improve the processing quality, reduce the number of experiments, minimize the processing variation and maintenance and promote the quality stability. Some experimental designs, such as when used in evolutionary operation, can be used on-line while the process is running.
