Social Interaction between the people in several or many ways like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube during they can share their information or different views, etc. and it is called social media. Among the above mentioned social networking sites they are Facebook and Twitter have more users and user activity. Facebook claimed that on an average monthly 955 million users are using Facebook and for Twitter, they have an estimated 462 million users. The wide acceptance of those social media environments offers an outsized and well-defined segment to the savvy marketer. Twitter and Facebook users come under the social media family but they will work differently. Social media is assessed into many various forms which can include magazines, Internet forums, weblogs, social blogs, micro blogging, wikis, social networks, podcasts, photographs or pictures, video, rating, and also social bookmarking. Social media are often defined as an interface for social interaction among people during which they create, exchange or share information and concepts in virtual communities and networks. It uses mobile and web-based applications to create highly interactive platforms through which individuals and communities exchange, co-create, converse, and alter user-generated content.
