Human store refer to the individuals or workforce or workers within an organisation responsible for  performing the tasks given to them for the determination of accomplishment of goals and objectives of the organisation which is possible only over proper recruitment and selection training, skill developments, proper assessment of employees (performance appraisal),providing proper orientation an induction, providing appropriate return and benefits, maintain the proper labour relations and finally maintaining safety, welfare and health worry of employees, which is process of the human resource management. Growth of the human resources is important for any organisation that they would like to be dynamic and growth oriented. Different other resources, human resources have rather infinite potential abilities. The potential can be used only by making a climate that can continuously recognize, nurture, bring to surface and they use capabilities of people.
