Physical Activity Articles Open Access
Physical activity has been related to the numerous physical and psychological benefits and exercise has been considered as amedicine for helping anxiety,and depression and managing stress. Physical activity has also been founded to improve muscular strength, endurance, and coordination. Its Related to the global obesity epidemic, exercise has been viewed as a necessary way to treat overweight and obese individuals. By increasing the physical activity and reduces excess body weight, medical conditions like as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancers may be prevented. Inappropriately, exercise taken to the extreme may have deleterious effects and can begin to resemble an addiction.
