Pharmacodynamics Scholarly Journal
Pharmacodynamics is the study of the association between the absorption of drug at the site of act and the biochemical and physiological effect. The reaction of the receptor may be exaggerated by the presence of drugs opposing for the same receptor, the practical state of the receptor or pathophysiological features such as hypokalaemia. Inter individual inconsistency in pharmacodynamics may be genetic or replicate the progress of tolerance to the drug with continued disclosure. High pharmacodynamics inconsistency severely confines the helpfulness of monitoring drug concentrations as they are probable to give a poor symptom of the efficiency of therapy, PD biomarkers are indications of a certain pharmacological reaction that is indirectly linked to arrangement of the primary molecular objective by the drug. As such, PD markers intervene upstream in the flow of events that eventually lead to the illness and are thus also referred to as proximal biomarkers as different to distal biomarkers (or efficacy biomarkers)
