Panic Disorder Online Journals
When you experience recurring unexpected panic attacks, panic disorder occurs. Panic attacks as abrupt surges of intense fear or discomfort that peak within minutes defined by the DSM-5. Physical symptoms, such as a racing heart, breathing difficulties, and sweating occur. Mostly each and everyone experience a panic attack once or twice in their lives. The American Psychological Association stated that 1 out of every 75 people experience a panic disorder. This is characterized by persistent fear of having another panic attack or worry about additional panic attacks recurring. The symptoms are overwhelming and frightening. Seeking treatment is the common important part of improving your quality of life.
