Nitrogen Fixing Microorganisms Impact Factor

The procedure of transmitting the biologically present nitrogen to the easily available nitrogen dioxide is called a Nitrogen Fixation process. Almost of the prokaryotic bacteria called diazotrophs are regarded in fixing the atmospheric nitrogen. Microorganisms that fix nitrogen necessary 16 moles of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to bring down each mole of nitrogen. These organisms receive this energy by oxidizing organic molecules. Non-photosynthetic free-living microorganisms essentially receive these molecules from other organisms, while photosynthetic microorganisms, such as cyanobacteria, use sugars created by photosynthesis. Associative and symbiotic nitrogen-fixing microorganisms receive these compounds from their host plants rhizospheres. The Journal of Microbial & Biochemical Technology. The main intention of this study is to describe the metabolic phenotype of the rhizobia and offer a deeper understanding of the metabolic adaptions in rhizobia that keeps the procedure of nitrogen fixation in legume plants. The author uses a biochemistry and systems biology guide path called metabolic flux analysis to calculate fluxes through the metabolic network in rhizobia during nitrogen fixation. Identification of the metabolic adaptions that are involved for nitrogen fixation will have a result to an analysis of the metabolic cross-talk between nitrogen-fixing bacteria and their host plant which is important for planning an engineered symbiosis. Compliance of a Manuscript involves that authors have met the essentiality of the editorial policy by Editorial Manager System and publication ethics. Authors keep the copyright of their articles released in the journal. However, authors accord that their articles remain for longtime open access. The journal runs a blind review policy. Manuscripts are reviewed by editorial board members or other proper standard persons. The Journal mention Some Guidelines for researchers and publishers.
