Microbial Metagenomics Articles
Metagenomics is referred to as environmental and community genomics which are used for the analysis of microorganisms genome by direct extraction and also by cloning of DNA from accumulation of microorganisms .Besides microbes, these metagenomics are the effective tool to analyze the comprehensive populations of viruses that exists at 10 times in the abundance of microbes in all ecosystems, so this characterization drivers for the gene exchange which is equally necessary. These modern genomic techniques uses the metagenomic approach that are used to analyze the collective nucleotide contents based on the microbial community by passing the need for isolation and lab cultivation of individual species.
