Intravenous Pyogenic Granuloma

Lobular capillary angioma may be a tube-shaped structure tumour that largely happens as cutaneal tumour. once it involves the skin and tissue layer surfaces, ulceration and suppuration might occur, thus the classic term of pathology tumor. endovenous pathology tumor may be a rare solitary sort of lobe capillary angioma that typically happens within the veins of the neck and higher extremities. we tend to report the ultrasonographic and resonance imaging findings of a pathology endovenous tumor localized within the right vena. The imaging and pathological findings and also the differential diagnoses ar mentioned.seriesof eighteen endovenous pathology granulomas (IVPG) was studied. The lesions were restricted to the neck and higher extremity and appeared as nonspecific tumors. Most had a clinical length of two months or less. Treatment was by excision and there have been no recurrences.
