HIV Coinfection
Men who have sex with men (MSM) have been represented disproportionately in the HIV epidemic in high income countries since the first HIV/AIDS cases were reported in MSM in 1981. The impact factor of journal is evaluated by dividing the number of current year citations to the source item published in that journal during the previous two years. Given high rates of HIV infection among young Black men who have sex with men and transgender persons (YBMSMT), engagement in HIV primary care, which include linkage to and retention in care, are critical for reducing onward transmissions and outcome disparities. Scientific journals are periodical publications intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting novel research. There is thousand of scientific journals in publication, and many more have been published at various points in the past. Scientific journal contain articles that are peer reviewed, to ensure that articles meet the journal's standard of quality, and scientific validity.
