Eccentric Impact Factor

Eccentric is someone or something this does not perform in a normal manner or behaves in an unconventional manner. A person who is eccentric deviates against a conventional recognized or estabilized norm or pattern. An eccentric contraction is the motion about an active muscle during it is lengthening under load. Eccentric training is repetitively doing eccentric muscle contractions. Eccentric contraction are the three distinct phases in the movement about  muscles and tendons and the other two are as  isometric contraction and a concentric contraction. It focuses at slowing down the expansion about the muscle process in order to challenge the muscles that may leads to stronger muscles, faster muscle repair and increasing metabolic rate.
