Diabetic Health
Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when pancreas does not produce enough insulin. Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood sugar. Hyperglycaemia is a common effect of due to diabetes which leads to serious damage to many of the body's systems, especially to the nerves and blood vessels. There are mainly two different types of diabeties that is Type 1 Diabeties and Type 2 Diabeties. This Diabeties occurs when the body doesnot produce insulin in an ineffective way. Over time, this can damage the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves. Simple measures have been taken in preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes.
