Hypertension is the primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease, originates from combined genetic, environmental, and social determinants. Environmental factor contains obesity, unhealthy diet, excessive dietary sodium, inadequate dietary potassium, insufficient physical activity and consumption of alcohol. To Prevent and control the hypertension can be done through targeted or population-based strategies. The targeted strategy includes interventions to increase awareness, treatment, and control in individuals to control hypertension. Journal of Hypertension is an international, open access, peer reviewed journal that publishes wide variety of clinical information in all the aspects of arterial blood pressure. The main aim of this journal is to set a forum for publication, education, exchange of opinions and to promote research and publications globally.
