Abstract:
Methods: Meta-Analysis (review of medical publication from 2005_2021) & author’s’ personal experiences. Results: Nowadays treatment of hair loss is a great challenge for patients and dermatologists both, because of multiple minimally invasive adjuvant methods which are available. Dermatologists should answer a very important question. In cases suffering from androgenetic alopecia, whole range of new technology are helpful. Based on mechanisms of action, we advise two to three carboxytherapy as first line, followed by PRP. Carboxytherapy increased oxygenation blood supply. PRP induces protein synthesis cell mitosis in hair follicles. After stimulation of the hair follicle ,preparation of essential elements & nutrients and more support are done by mesotherapy and hair fillers. During all of the treatment period LLLT is performed for best results. Conclusion: Hair potentiation by new minimally invasive methods are possible if we use them consciously and after deep understanding of action mechanism & psychopathology of hair follicles. We proposed carboxytherapy as first line therapy, followed by PRP and finishing by mesotherapy for hair filler. LLLT continuously advised, start before carboxytherapy and will continue after mesotherapy. Key words: Platelet_rich plasma, PRP, carboxytherapy, mesotherapy, Hair filler, LLLT, Quantum Therapy.
Biography:
Anahita vali is a professional dermatologist with more than 23 years of experience in treating patients and teaching medical students at the state university, she is now the founder of a dermatology-specialized clinic in Isfahan, Iran. Having perseverance and care in my job, sympathizing with the patients and getting involved in yoga and literature have made a flexible and committed personality from her. She often was among the first ranks both at the university and I have experience of performing cosmetic procedures on more than 4000. Participating in many workshops and membership in committees, academies and societies specialized in dermatology are among my other professional experiences. She has written 16 articles in Persian or English during the years of my teaching experience and she has supervised nine theses and was among jury members in 20 other theses. In addition she was among the writers of a book named “Comprehensive Textbook of Skin Surgery”.
