Biography:

Elema TB is Professor of Addis Ababa University, Department of Food Science and Nutrition PhD candidate in Human Health and Clinical Nutrition High-Resolution machine operator, LC-MS/HPLC, Dietary approach disease treatment center. Teshome B. Elema currently works in Clinical Nutrition team at Arsi University. He is actively working in body composition and nutrigenomics of severly wasted under five children while treated routinely in hospital.
