Biography:

Muhammad Zaki Khan completed his B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture major in Food Science and Technology at the age of 23 from MNS-University of Agriculture Multan , Multan, Pakistan and he is now M.Phill scholar in Food Science and Technology at same university. He is an active member of the department and took part in every event of the department. The author completed more than five food related online courses which are basically food related courses and he has published 01 paper in reputed journals and also working on 03 reviews. He has interest in food microbiology and food quality management systems.
