Robot-assisted surgery in Gynecology may take longer and the rate of complications can be higher, currently, there are no high-quality studies. In orthopedics, Robots are used. Also robotic surgery used in Urology. Remote manipulator allows the surgeon to perform the normal movements associated with the surgery. The robotic arms carry out movements using end-effectors and manipulators to perform the actual surgery. In computer-controlled system, computer is used to control the robotic arms and its end-effectors, though these systems use remote manipulators for their input. A robotic surgical procedure improved to overcome the limitations of pre-existing minimally-invasive surgical procedures and also to improve the capabilities of surgeons performing open surgery.
