Surgeons who use the robotic system enhances precision, flexibility and also compares with the traditional techniques. Robotic surgery involves risk, similar to conventional open surgery, such as a small risk of infection. A Robotic-assisted surgery benefits directly—shorter recovery time—as well as indirectly—the surgeon has better visualization, which leads to more precise surgery. This varies from patient to patient. Generally, patients may stay in the hospital one to two nights and then return home. Mostly patients recover fully within six weeks of surgery. Minimally invasive that mean smaller incisions are types of surgeries that mean shorter hospitalization and faster recovery for patients.
