Physical Exercise Peer Review Journals
Exercise isn't almost aerobic capacity and muscle size. Sure, exercise can improve your physical health and your physique, trim your waistline, improves your sex life, and even adds years to your life. But that’s not what motivates most of the people to remain active. It produces changes within the parts of the brain that regulate stress and anxiety. It also can increase brain sensitivity for the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine, which relieve feelings of depression. To understand the effect of exercise on weight reduction, it's important to know the connection between exercise and energy expenditure. Your body spends energy in three ways: digesting food, exercising and maintaining body functions like your heartbeat and breathing. Strength exercises include lifting weights, even your own weight, and employing a resistance band. These journals are indexed with all their citations noted. The highest open access journals are indexed in MEDLINE, PUBMED, SCOPUS, COPERNICUS, CAS, EBSCO and ISI.
