PCR Technology Scholarly Peer-review Journal

Scholarly journals provide as forums for the introduction and presentation for analysis of new research, and the review of existing research. Content usually takes the form of articles presenting original research, review articles, and book reviews. The term Scholarly journal applies to scholarly publications in all fields; this article discusses the aspects common to all academic field journals. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a technique used in molecular biology makes many copies of a specific DNA region in vitro (in a test tube rather than an organism). PCR depends on a thermostable DNA polymerase, Taq polymerase, and requires DNA primers designed especially for the DNA region of interest. It is possible to generate thousands to millions of copies of a particular section of DNA from a very small amount of DNA using PCR which has large number of medical and forensic applications. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests are used to identify HIV's genetic material, called RNA.
