PCR Technology Open Access Journals

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a technique used in molecular biology makes many copies of a specific DNA region in vitro (in a test tube rather than an organism). PCR depends on a thermostable DNA polymerase, Taq polymerase, and requires DNA primers designed especially for the DNA region of interest. It is possible to generate thousands to millions of copies of a particular section of DNA from a very small amount of DNA using PCR which has large number of medical and forensic applications. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests are used to identify HIV's genetic material, called RNA. It is an open access journal designed to bring together research aimed at wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial office promises peer reviewing for the submitted manuscripts to ensure quality. The published papers are made highly visible to the scientific community through a wide indexing policy freely available through online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
