Due to exercise there is a gain in muscle strength and function. There is no evidence of acupuncture that reduce the slow progression of disability. Physical Therapy involves exercises to strengthen your muscles and your balance and coordination. It involves stretches to maintain mobility and prevent muscle spasms. This also include training on how to use mobility aids like walker r wheelchair.
