Neurogenetics Open Access Journals
Neurogenetics presents research that contributes to raise understanding of the genetic basis of normal and abnormal function of the systema nervosum. Neurogenetics collection provisions investigation of genes that source neurological disorders; molecular mechanisms through which disease genes act; animal models and in vitro techniques for studying pathways of gene function; genetically-based studies of neuronal patterning, migration, connectivity, and cognitive/behavioural function; and therefore the genetic basis of normal neural development and performance. Neurogenetics describes research that contributes to raise understanding of the genetic basis of normal and abnormal events of the systema nervosum. The neurogenetics laboratory uses an enormous range of molecular genetic tools to assist further our understanding and knowledge of the genetic basis of nervous disorder.
