Multiple sclerosis is a neurodegenerative disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. Most commonly MS observed in individuals ranging 20 to 30-years, with the female to male ratio of 1:2. Abruption of the focal sensory disturbances which is accompanied by unilateral painless damage of vision, double vision, limb weakness, unsteadiness of gait, and bowel or bladder symptoms. Etiology of the disease is unknown, research studies suggested that genetic and environment influences through an underlined pathophysiology widely believed to be autoimmune. Plaque of demyelination inner side of the CNS with the conservation of axons remains the clinical symptoms of MS.
