Medical Imaging

Medical imaging refers to techniques and processes accustomed to create images (clinical analysis and medical intervention) of several parts of the human body for diagnostic and treatment purposes within digital health. Even though imaging of removed organs and tissues can be executed for medical reasons, such actions are usually considered part of pathology as an alternative of medical imaging. The word, medical imaging, contains various radiological imaging techniques such as: Fluoroscopy, Elastography, X-ray radiography, Thermography, Tactile imaging, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), Medical ultrasonography or ultrasound. In a limited assessment, these technologies can be measured forms of medical imaging in another discipline.
