Marine-enzyme
Marine microbial enzymes have wide applications in bioindustries. That includes the Selection of microorganisms for enzyme production at the industrial level requires a good yield and high production rate. A number of enzymes such as amylase, caseinase, lipase, gelatinase, and DNA have been discovered from microbes which are isolated from extreme marine environments. Such enzymes are thermostable, tolerant to a varied range of pH and other harsh conditions that are required for industrial applications. marine enzymes are used both for process improvement and as well as to develop new processes and products. In the present review the role of relevant types of enzymes for the food sector is described on those enzymes from marine that are put into context
