Immunotoxicology Review Articles

Immunotoxicology is that the study of the toxicity of foreign substances called xenobiotics and their effects on the system. Some toxic agents that are known to change the system include: industrial chemicals, heavy metals, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, drugs, ultraviolet, air pollutants and a few biological materials. Immunotoxicology may be a relatively new discipline, the aim of which is to detect and characterize the doubtless adverse immunomodulatory effects of xenobiotics and pharmaceuticals within the context of toxicological hazard identification and risk assessment. The immune dysfunction may take the shape of immunosuppression or alternatively, allergy or autoimmunity or any number of inflammatory-based diseases. Immunotoxicity are often considered one among several distinct immunopathologies that include allergic disease, immunodeficiency and autoimmunity. In immunopathologies, the system responds to the agent as an allergen of low (hapten) or high relative molecular mass, that end in allergic dermatitis, food hypersensitivity or respiratory hyper-sensitivity. Journal Article is usually called a Scientific Article, a Peer-Reviewed Article, or a Scholarly Research Article. Together, journal articles during a particular field are often mentioned because the Literature. Journal articles are most often Primary Research Articles. However, they can also be Review Articles. These sorts of articles have different aims and requirements. Sometimes, a piece of writing describes a replacement tool or method. Because articles in scientific journals are specific, meticulously cited and peer-reviewed, journal databases are the simplest place to seem for information on previous research on your species.
