Geodynamics

Geodynamics is a subfield of geophysics dealing elements of the Earth. It applies material science, physics and mathemetics to the understanding  of how mantle convection prompts plate tectonics and geologic phenoemia such as seafloor spreading, mountain building, volcanoes, earthquakes, faulting and so on. It additionally endeavors to test the inner action by estimating attractive fields, gravity, and seismic waves, just as the mineralogy of rocks and their isotopic structure. Techniques for geodynamics are additionally applied to study of different planets. Geodynamics is commonly concerned about procedures that move materials all through the Earth. In the Earth's inside, development happens when rocks dissolve or misshape and stream in light of a pressure field. This distortion might be fragile, flexible, or plastic, contingent upon the extent of the pressure and the material's physical properties, particularly the pressure relaxation  time scale.
