Early Pregnancy Loss:
Early pregnancy loss is characterized as a nonviable, intrauterine pregnancy with either an exhaust gestational sac or a gestational sac contains a developing embryo or fetus without fetal heart movement inside the initial 12 6/7 weeks of gestation. In the trimester, the terms miscarriage and early pregnancy loss are used interchangeably, and there's no consensus on terminology within the literature. Early pregnancy loss is almost common, happening in 10% of all clinically perceived pregnancies. Around 80% of all instances of pregnancy loss happen within the primary trimester. Medication abortion (also mentioned to as medical abortion) is that the termination of pregnancy with use of medicines alone instead of surgery. Mifepristone, an antiprogestin, is suitable to be used within us , in mixture with misoprostol, for the termination of pregnancies till 49 days of development. Medication abortion is employed outside 49 days of gestation by specific clinicians and institutions.
