Asthma and allergic diseases are complex conditions are caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. More than 100 genes has been associated with asthma and the related conditions. Allergic asthma has been called as “ a syndrome” is resulting from a complex interplay between the genetic and environmental factors. Genetic differences may change susceptibility to asthma, as well as responsiveness to asthma medications. As asthma susceptibility loci, or as loci contributes to disease severity or response to treatment.
